Analyst Lead, Change Management

About the role

Join FIS as an Analyst Lead in Change Management, where you will manage high‑value technical accounts and advise clients on complex payment processing solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding technical strategies and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions with clients, Relationship Managers and internal teams, providing expert guidance on solution options.
• Develop and implement account‑specific technical strategies that support client goals and long‑term roadmaps.
• Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis and assess needs against system functionality.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities with delivery, product, sales and development teams to advocate for product enhancements.
• Mentor colleagues and lead initiatives with a high degree of autonomy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in technical account management, payments, software or IT environments.
• Strong business requirements gathering and gap analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage complex priorities and guide others.
