Senior Business Analyst – Investment Platform

About the role

FxPro is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the FxPro Invest team, the investment platform that enables clients to trade stocks and ETFs. You will work across the full investment lifecycle, shaping platform capabilities and ensuring seamless integration between client‑facing products and internal administration tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own business and system analysis for Invest from discovery through production.
• Map the platform across accounts, instruments, execution, liquidity, custody, settlement, reconciliation and related services.
• Gather, analyse, validate and document business and system requirements while balancing technical constraints.
• Analyse existing architecture and processes to identify dependencies and solution impacts.
• Design APIs and document integrations with internal services and third‑party systems, including data flows and error handling.
• Produce technical artefacts such as User Stories, Use Cases, UML, BPMN, Sequence Diagrams and integration documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, Designers and QA to define scalable solutions.
• Support implementation by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical delivery.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Business and System Analyst in software product development.
• Strong hands‑on experience analysing backend systems and distributed platform architectures.
• Proven ability to design and document integrations between multiple systems.
• Experience with API‑based integrations and understanding of system communication patterns.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, identifying dependencies and trade‑offs.
