Senior Brokerage Officer

About the role

Eightcap is looking for an experienced Senior Brokerage Officer to oversee client order execution, trade‑operations controls, and platform administration across its multi‑asset trading platforms. The role blends hands‑on dealing‑desk duties with senior oversight of execution quality, risk controls, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, process and execute client orders in line with the Best Execution Policy.
• Configure and maintain trading platform settings, including symbols, holidays and parameters.
• Liaise with liquidity providers to ensure price feed quality and execution efficiency.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and CySEC regulatory reports.
• Support the Head of Brokerage with KPI tracking, project work and cross‑department collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
• 3–5 years in a senior dealing‑room, trading‑operations or risk role at a CFD broker.
• CySEC Advanced Certificate and fluent English.
• Willingness to work flexible/rotational afternoon shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MT4/MT5 Manager and Administrator modules.
• Experience configuring and managing OneZero trading bridge technology.
• Strong knowledge of CFD products and broader financial markets.
