Senior Associate, BPO Technology & Onboarding

About the role

MUFG Investor Services is looking for a Senior Associate, Technology & Onboarding, based in Limassol, to support the implementation of new clients into its Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operating model. Working with Operations, Technology, Product and external stakeholders, the role involves analysing trade data, documenting integration requirements and identifying technology solutions that make client onboarding efficient and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Support the onboarding of new BPO clients so that onboarding activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Analyse incoming and outgoing trade files in detail, documenting mapping requirements for internal technology teams and third-party vendors.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements, turning operational needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology and external stakeholders to design and implement onboarding and integration solutions.
• Identify improvements to onboarding processes, controls and technology solutions to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Support junior team members through knowledge sharing, mentoring and guidance.

Required profile

• Experience in a Business Analyst, Technology Onboarding, Implementation, Post-Trade Operations or similar role within financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving and organisational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to document requirements and analyse complex workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work across technical and non-technical teams.
