Release/DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Release/DevOps Engineer to join the IT‑DevOps team of an established company in Cyprus. The role is centred on configuration, environment, change and release management, ensuring automation, deployment stability and production reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Automate provisioning, configuration, installation and monitoring across environments.
• Ensure consistent software versions and configuration standards.
• Configure new servers according to agreed standards.
• Implement automation for configuration changes.
• Manage and maintain all environments.
• Troubleshoot environment issues to guarantee stability and availability.
• Collaborate with other teams to automate consistent environment provisioning and changes.
• Manage the change and release process, identifying improvements.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
• Identify risks and dependencies within the release cycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in configuration, environment, change and release management.
• Strong background in automation and deployment processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain stable production environments.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
