Real Estate Manager - Senior Manager

About the role

EY Parthenon, part of EY Cyprus, is recruiting a Real Estate Manager/Senior Manager to lead a high-performing, integrated team focused on transactions. The team advises clients on challenging and interesting projects, from inception through to completion, and offers a chance to gain a wide range of experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare complex financial models for real estate and hospitality projects
• Prepare valuations for different property types using methods such as the Income Approach (DCF), Comparable Sales and Income Capitalization
• Prepare feasibility studies, investment memoranda, highest and best use analysis and due diligence for real estate and hospitality projects
• Carry out market research in the real estate and hospitality sectors and prepare thought leadership material
• Deliver client presentations and reports, manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet client expectations
• Mentor and coach junior team members

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Real Estate, Engineering or a related field
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA or RICS
• At least 3-6 years of experience in a similar managerial role
• Strong understanding of real estate and corporate finance
• Fluency in English
• Ideally registered ETEK member, energetic team player, flexible and detail-oriented

Required skills

• Financial modelling and valuation (DCF, comparable sales, income capitalization)
• Feasibility studies and investment memoranda
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
