Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineer (Nicosia)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineer to join our team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will support the delivery of industrial equipment projects by preparing accurate cost estimates, managing payments and liaising with contractors and project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs and compile Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for project scopes.
• Generate and issue payment certificates for contractors and subcontractors.
• Participate in site meetings, provide cost updates and coordinate with the design and construction teams.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with contractual terms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Registered member of ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber).
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to construction sites.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
