About the role

PwC Cyprus invites ambitious university graduates to join its Professional Training Scheme for ACA/ACCA qualifications. This three‑year program combines on‑the‑job experience with fully sponsored professional studies, giving you a fast‑track start to a career in accounting and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior staff on audit, tax and advisory engagements for a diverse client base.
• Apply accounting principles and emerging standards while working towards ACA/ACCA certification.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Contribute to internal projects that leverage PwC’s digital tools and AI assistants.

Required profile

• Current undergraduate student in any discipline, expected to graduate with the minimum grades specified (e.g., 7/10 for University of Cyprus, 2:1 for UK universities).
• Fluency in English; Greek is an advantage.
• Strong IT proficiency and good communication skills.
• Team‑oriented, commercially aware and motivated to develop a professional accounting career.
