Accounting & Tax Supervisor

About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking an Accounting & Tax Supervisor to lead complex, high‑impact projects from initiation through delivery. The role combines oversight of financial reporting, tax compliance, and team development within a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess current accounting practices, recommend improvements, and ensure accurate financial statements.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses and manage project documentation as requested by management.
• Supervise client deadlines according to the yearly financial calendar and coordinate with external auditors for year‑end closing.
• Develop staff through performance management, goal setting, training, and mentorship.
• Maintain proper filing of documents, plan and review team work, and foster strong client relationships.
• Liaise with corporate administrators, tax authorities, and other governmental bodies.
• Create the annual budget and prepare yearly tax cards and monthly client reports.

Required profile

• ACCA qualification and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Fluency in English and Greek.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and tax management.
• Strong understanding of IFRS accounting standards and tax compliance.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
