Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the role

Logicom Public Limited, an international IT group operating across Cyprus, the Middle East, North Africa and Europe, is looking for an experienced and commercially‑oriented Group Chief Financial Officer. The CFO will lead the Group’s accounting and financial management, providing strategic financial guidance to the CEO, Board and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the Group’s overall goals.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax, VAT, transfer pricing and Pillar 2 Global Minimum Tax requirements across all jurisdictions.
• Oversee annual audits and monitor accounting processes, recommending improvements where needed.
• Guide subsidiaries in preparing and submitting timely monthly management accounts.
• Maintain internal policies, strengthen internal controls and document business processes.
• Support the preparation of financial and operational risk analysis reports and annual budgets.
• Monitor working capital, operational overheads and resource allocation.
• Participate in the approval hierarchy for supplier and customer orders, payments and other operational matters.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Member of ACCA, ACA, CPA or another recognised professional body.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within an international organisation.
• Proven experience with corporate tax, international tax, transfer pricing and VAT.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with the highest discretion.
