Product Manager – Activation & Onboarding

About the role

Mayflower builds digital entertainment products used by millions worldwide. As a Product Manager (Activation), you will own the activation roadmap, turning ideas into measurable experiences that improve newcomer conversion and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define, launch, measure and iterate on activation features that drive newcomer conversions.
• Use data and analytics to set success metrics, prioritize work and evaluate impact.
• Lead continuous analysis and optimisation of onboarding flows, applying personalisation and localisation.
• Collaborate with core product teams to uncover business opportunities for the newcomer segment.
• Adopt an agile, experimental mindset to prototype, test and refine product offerings across behaviour cohorts.
• Communicate product strategy, priorities and trade‑offs to stakeholders and leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in onboarding or first‑experience consumer products.
• Strong understanding of newcomer engagement mechanics, paywalls and landing flows.
• Data‑driven decision making, balancing “what” and “why” behind initiatives.
• Ability to build relationships, influence without authority and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Thoughtful blend of technical knowledge and customer‑focused empathy.
• Experience with ML/AI‑enabled products is a plus.
