Functional Microsoft Dynamics F&O Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Functional Microsoft Dynamics F&O Architect to lead implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations for EY’s consulting clients. The role sits within EY’s Europe Central cluster, serving organisations across Cyprus, the UK, the MENA region and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory and Project Accounting.
• Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configure system modules, define workflows and perform functional testing together with technical teams.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including design documents, user manuals and test scripts.
• Support data migration activities, including mapping, validation and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with developers to design and validate customisations, reports and integrations.
• Provide end‑user training, post‑go‑live support and act as a trusted advisor on process optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of functional consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX 2012), including full‑cycle implementations.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of consultants.
• Experience in finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting) and supply‑chain domains (Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, Warehousing).

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX 2012).
• Power Platform tools – Power BI and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of business process flows and cross‑module dependencies.
