Product Manager – Growth (Dashboard & Activation)

About the role

Sumsub is seeking a Product Manager with a growth focus to own the user experience of its main client dashboard. You will drive redesign, activation flows and self‑serve communication tools to accelerate client onboarding and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign the dashboard home page and build end‑to‑end activation flows such as product tours, checklists, contextual hints and gamification.
• Create a self‑serve communication system (pop‑ups, nudges, announcements, promo campaigns) that allows marketing and product teams to target users without engineering support.
• Run A/B tests, map user funnels and measure performance against activation speed, feature adoption and client retention.
• Own features from concept through milestone definition, cross‑functional alignment and production launch.
• Act as the central liaison between Product, Design, Marketing and Engineering, and collaborate on related projects like the service marketplace and Web SDK evolution.

Required profile

• Proven track record of defining milestones, navigating technical and design constraints and delivering features to production.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align engineering, UI/UX design, marketing and business stakeholders.
• Experience analysing onboarding funnels, designing hypothesis‑driven experiments and optimizing activation metrics.
• Fluent English (C1 level); prior experience in B2B SaaS platforms, complex dashboards or developer‑focused products is a plus.
