MEP Coordinator

About the role

We are a leading property company operating in Cyprus and Greece and are expanding our internal team in Limassol. We seek an experienced MEP Coordinator to manage design verification, coordination and quality control for mechanical and electrical projects.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and optimise architectural and MEP drawings.
• Review tender drawings and specifications, addressing constructability and coordination issues.
• Develop design guidelines and audit external consultants' drawings for compliance.
• Propose alternative design solutions and prepare mechanical/electrical construction details.
• Provide design and quality‑control support to construction management teams.
• Communicate with external consultants throughout design and construction phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
