Quantity Surveyor – Construction Projects

About the role

Pafilia is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its dynamic team, reporting to the QS Manager. The role involves measuring, preparing and monitoring bills of quantities for new and ongoing development projects, as well as approving valuations for subcontractor works and payments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and measure bills of quantities and cost estimates for construction works.
• Measure site construction activities and monitor progress.
• Prepare monthly valuations and liaise with contractors and sub‑contractors.
• Compile final accounts comparing total costs to initial budgets.
• Assist the construction and project execution teams with QS issues.
• Support tendering procedures, contract preparation and related QS duties as assigned.

Required profile

• University degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 5‑7 years of experience as a site or office QS.
• Ability to handle complex specifications and quantities from architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and AutoCAD.
