About the role

Join the Sports Direct retail team in Paralimni as a Part‑Time Sales Assistant. You will work flexible hours, supporting customers and helping the store achieve its sales targets while gaining valuable retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and meet or exceed store targets.
• Provide accurate product knowledge and advice to customers.
• Deliver consistently excellent customer service.
• Assist with visual merchandising to uphold the Sports Direct brand standards.
• Ensure product pricing is current and support stock inventory processes.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a passion for retail.
• Adaptable, flexible and able to work a minimum of 5 hours per week.
• Strong communication skills and a confident, outgoing attitude.
• Willingness to promote Sports Direct values to both internal and external audiences.
