Sales Advisor – Nicosia Mall

About the role

As a Sales Advisor at H&M Group’s Nicosia Mall store, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them discover fashion that fits their style while delivering a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Share fashion and product knowledge to guide customers in making informed choices.
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
• Maintain a well‑stocked, organized, and inviting sales floor and back‑of‑house area.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the store.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, preferably within fashion or retail, is an advantage.
• Passion for helping customers and interest in fashion trends.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, dynamic environment and are eager to learn new store technologies.
• Flexible, action‑oriented, and able to communicate effectively.
