Commercial Support Specialist – Marine Sales

About the role

The Commercial Support Specialist for Marine works closely with the Sales Management team and Key Account Managers to ensure smooth commercial operations for customers in Cyprus and across Europe. You will be the first point of contact for product inquiries, providing quotes, specifications and basic technical support while gaining exposure to sales strategy and data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quotes, specifications and answer product inquiries, collecting information and offering basic technical support.
• Support sales activities such as handling documentation, follow‑ups, CRM updates and lead generation.
• Manage price lists and related documentation, ensuring compliance with the Authority Matrix and proper archiving.
• Issue, coordinate and control guarantees.
• Maintain clean, reliable commercial data, produce reports and deliver insights for decision‑making.
• Provide timely information to support commercial outcomes and ensure adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with confidence in direct customer interaction.
• Strong organization abilities, capable of setting priorities and responding quickly to customer requests.
• Self‑motivated, target‑focused and eager to learn.
• Ability to apply common sense, follow instructions and meet deadlines in a high‑stress environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
