Part‑time Sales Specialist – Retail (Cyprus)

About the role

The Sales Specialist will work on‑site in Cyprus, greeting customers and helping families choose children’s clothing, footwear and accessories. This part‑time position focuses on delivering a friendly, engaging store experience while meeting sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, provide product information and support purchase decisions.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Maintain a tidy, well‑presented store environment.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Build strong relationships with customers and support team members through informal training.
• Participate in team meetings and uphold DPAM’s brand values.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Experience in sales, retail or children’s fashion (preferred).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons.
• Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive, child‑friendly attitude with strong teamwork and reliability.
• Basic PC and POS system proficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
