Sales Advisor – Retail Store

About the role

As a Sales Advisor you will create an outstanding customer experience by welcoming shoppers, guiding them through the store and helping them find the right products while representing the brand positively.

Key responsibilities

• Share fashion and product knowledge to assist customers in making informed choices.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
• Maintain a well‑stocked, organized and inviting sales floor and back‑of‑house area.
• Support opening and closing procedures of the store.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail or similar fields is an advantage.
• Passion for helping customers and interest in fashion or retail.
• Thrives in collaborative and dynamic environments.
• Communicative, creative and curious about store technology.
• Flexible, action‑oriented with a strong eagerness to learn and develop.
