DevSecOps Specialist

About the role

Mayflower, a technology company building the future of live entertainment through high-quality live streaming, is looking for a DevSecOps specialist in Limassol. You will work closely with engineering and operations to strengthen the end-to-end security posture of infrastructure, applications and data, while enabling fast and reliable delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the organisation's security architecture to protect IT systems, endpoint devices, network infrastructure and information assets.
• Assess and mitigate security risks and ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
• Work with IT and business units to integrate security practices into development and deployment.
• Research emerging security technologies and trends to improve the security posture.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Ansible and Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Solid knowledge of cloud security frameworks.
• Knowledge of threat intelligence platforms and techniques for detecting and responding to breaches.
• Understanding of network security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, endpoint security) and IAM (SSO, MFA, RBAC).
• Soft skills: clear communication, emotional intelligence, analytical thinking, flexibility, conflict management and teamwork.

Required skills

• Encryption technologies, PKI and cryptographic protocols (SSL/TLS, IPSec)
• Plus: SIEM, Cloudflare, Kubernetes, ELK, Python, Go, Bash, NIST/ISO 27001/CIS frameworks, Nessus, Qualys, Metasploit, GDPR/HIPAA/PCI DSS compliance knowledge
