Marketing Affiliate Manager (Russian speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a Russian‑speaking Marketing Affiliate Manager to join a fast‑growing digital services company in Limassol. The role focuses on building and optimizing affiliate partnerships across key Latin American markets within the iGaming sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage affiliate relationships in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and Peru.
• Identify, contact and coordinate with affiliate partners, influencers, media buyers, streamers and affiliate networks.
• Monitor traffic reports, analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns.
• Detect traffic quality issues and provide data‑driven feedback to partners.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to align affiliate strategies with overall acquisition goals.

Required profile

• Fluent Russian (spoken and written) with strong communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within iGaming or related digital entertainment sectors.
• Familiarity with Latin American markets and cultural nuances.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret traffic data and drive performance improvements.
