Social Media Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Social Media Team Lead with deep expertise in the fast‑paced iGaming industry. You will own the global social media function, drive brand positioning and accelerate user acquisition across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the full social media roadmap across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Telegram.
• Establish quarterly and monthly content planning systems and campaign calendars for distinct brand identities.
• Scale multi‑platform campaigns to maximize engagement, traffic, conversions, First Time Deposits (FTDs), LTV and overall ROI.
• Define, track and analyse key metrics (ER/ERR, reach, impressions, CTR, CPM, CPC) and deliver data‑driven performance reports.
• Oversee social media budget allocation and build relationships with influencers, media partners and external vendors.
• Collaborate with design, product and marketing teams to ensure a consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on social media marketing experience, with a proven record of building and scaling operations.
• 3+ years in a team‑lead or supervisory role, managing in‑house teams and external agencies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the iGaming, betting or online gambling sector.
