Digital Performance & Demand Generation Specialist

About the role

FirePro, a global leader in sustainable fire‑suppression solutions, is seeking a hands‑on Digital Performance & Demand Generation Specialist. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will own paid‑media, SEO, analytics and performance reporting while helping to integrate AI‑driven search and marketing automation across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns across multiple regions, managing budgets and lead quality.
• Monitor and improve organic search visibility, conduct keyword and competitor analysis, and implement SEO, AEO/GEO and AI‑search strategies.
• Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console tracking, analyse website performance and drive conversion‑rate improvements.
• Produce clear performance reports, turn data into actionable insights and identify market opportunities.
• Identify, test and implement AI‑powered marketing tools and support marketing‑automation workflows.
• Leverage market‑intelligence platforms to uncover new commercial opportunities and combine them with digital performance data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably across international B2B markets.
• Proven track record managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Excellent command of English and a collaborative, proactive work style.
