Legal Counsel

About the role

X-FLOW is a mobile game development company founded in 2018, known for Happy Color, a popular digital coloring book and one of the most successful ad-driven mobile apps. It is looking for a Legal Counsel to strengthen its legal function and support its growing international operations. The role covers corporate, contract and intellectual property matters and works closely with leadership, finance and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft agreements with strategic partners and service providers, and oversee contract management.
• Monitor and enforce intellectual property rights and manage disputes on digital platforms such as App Store, Google Play and Amazon.
• Support employment and corporate matters.
• Act as product counsel, advising on new game features, initiatives and related product changes.
• Answer routine data protection and user support questions and flag issues needing escalation.
• Give legal guidance and strategic support to executive and operational teams.
• Improve recurring legal work through better processes, automation and the responsible use of AI tools.

Required profile

• Law degree; LL.M. is a plus.
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house in video games, software or high-tech.
• Prior experience at a top-tier law firm is an advantage.
• Fluency in Russian and English, written and spoken.
• Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent workloads with attention to detail.
