Junior Trader – Global Trading Platform

About the role

Join a fast‑growing trading platform that operates worldwide. As a Junior Trader you will support the execution and monitoring of trades across a broad range of assets, ensuring accuracy, compliance and optimal outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor internal order executions, confirm trades promptly and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyse trading activity for over 12,000 instruments including stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, futures and forex.
• Perform continuous best‑execution monitoring and prepare reports for internal committees.
• Develop KPIs to track trading performance and data quality.
• Process dividends and implement corporate actions in trading systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve procedures, systems and tools.
• Conduct post‑trade surveillance to enforce trading policies.
• Maintain accurate product pricing and monitor system performance.

Required profile

• University degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science/Engineering or a related analytical field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
• Additional language skills are a plus.
