Junior Financial Reporting Officer – Cyprus

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Financial Reporting Officer to join our finance team in Limassol, Cyprus. The role supports the Group’s financial reporting function, preparing accurate statements and regulatory filings in line with IFRS. You will work closely with senior finance colleagues to ensure timely month‑end and quarter‑end closes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management accounts for group entities under IFRS.
• Support month‑end and quarter‑end close processes, including journal entries, accruals and pre‑payments.
• Perform bank, intercompany and balance‑sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Maintain accurate accounting records in SAP Business One, ensuring proper classification of transactions.
• Help with consolidation work, intercompany eliminations and multi‑currency entries.
• Prepare regulatory and statutory reporting submissions and support auditors during audits.
• Maintain fixed‑asset registers, depreciation schedules and assist with ad‑hoc financial analysis.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Studying towards a professional accounting qualification is a plus.
• High‑energy, results‑driven attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under supervision and meet reporting deadlines.
