International Wealth Adviser (Level 4)

About the role

A well-established boutique global wealth management firm, part of a group of affiliate companies covering asset management, technology, capital markets, commodities and infrastructure, is recruiting Level 4 qualified advisers to its team based in Paphos, Cyprus. The firm is licensed and regulated in the UK, the EU, the UAE (SCA) and Australia, and offers absolute return, multi-asset and institutional funds in offshore and UCITS 5 structures. Advisers with an established client base receive full support to maintain and grow their international client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve clients across all offices, delivering private wealth services including advice, portfolio management, tax planning, property finance and protection.
• Build and maintain a client bank through a performance-driven, client-facing role focused on relationship development and growth.
• Work within a centralised proposition that covers licensing, compliance, product, processes and lead generation.

Required profile

• At least three years' client-facing experience in wealth management or life insurance advisory, with recognised investment qualifications such as CISI, CII or equivalent.
• Minimum Level 4 UK qualification (Level 3 considered if UAE-based).
• At least £10m clean AUM, not tied up in contracted regular savings products.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining a client bank.
