Supplier Relations & Payables Lead

About the role

IC Markets, a global trading company with over 15 years of experience, is hiring a Supplier Relations & Payables Lead for its Cyprus-based service entities. The role owns the end-to-end supplier relationship and payments cycle for the largest service entity, covering supplier onboarding, invoice reconciliation and payment list preparation, so that suppliers are paid accurately and on time. It is a full-time, on-site position in Limassol, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage payment lists, ensuring accuracy, correct approvals and timely execution
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Follow up with suppliers and internal departments on missing, incorrect or duplicate invoices, credit notes and wrong dates or amounts
• Identify and escalate issues ahead of payment runs
• Handle supplier onboarding forms and updates when a relationship starts or changes
• Build and maintain the Supplier Agreements Register
• Act as the main point of contact for suppliers on payment-related queries
• Coordinate with department heads on invoice approvals and supporting information
• Keep clear, organised records and help improve supplier and payment processes

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in supplier payments, accounts payable, payment operations or a similar role in a multinational company
• Solid understanding of basic accounting concepts such as invoices, credit notes and supplier accounting
• Fluent English and Greek
• Organised, proactive, solution-oriented, a strong team collaborator with good time management

Required skills

• Strong Excel skills
• Comfort working with accounting systems
