HR & Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Officer to join SOZO Brain Center in Limassol. You will support the full employee lifecycle and lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our growing international team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process for assigned vacancies, from job posting to offer.
• Source, screen and engage candidates through multiple channels and conduct initial interviews.
• Maintain recruitment records and candidate data in the HR system.
• Prepare employment documentation, support onboarding and off‑boarding, and manage employee records.
• Assist with HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR support to employees and managers on routine matters.
• Support employer branding, referral programmes and collaborate with external recruitment agencies.
• Contribute to HR reports, workforce analytics and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on talent acquisition and HR operations.
• Experience working in an international, multi‑cultural environment.
