HR Manager & Personal Assistant – Talent Pipeline

About the role

This position supports a client’s upcoming HR and Personal Assistant needs, combining full‑cycle HR management with occasional executive assistance. The role is ideal for a hands‑on HR professional comfortable with recruitment, employee administration, and shareholder support.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment support, onboarding, performance review logistics, benefits tracking and exit management.
• Lead foreign employee migration processes, handling work permits, residency permits and submissions to local authorities.
• Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with Cyprus labour law and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare employment contracts, policy documents and general HR correspondence.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, social insurance data and respond to staff queries on leave and benefits.
• Manage basic workplace procurement and liaise with external vendors for office expenses and invoicing.
• Provide ad‑hoc personal assistance to the shareholder, such as schedule coordination and travel arrangements.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations.
• Proven experience with Cyprus immigration and migration procedures.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and sound judgment.
