Full Stack Java Developer – Mid Level

About the role

Intetics Inc. is seeking a mid‑level Full Stack Software Developer with strong Java expertise to join its innovative team. You will work on internal tools and CRM systems, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development team with daily tasks and assigned tickets.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues promptly.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Java‑based applications and internal systems.
• Assist with bug fixes, enhancements, and new feature implementations.
• Collaborate with team members to analyse business and technical requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Monitor and maintain software applications to ensure stability and performance.

Required profile

• Mid‑level software engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of commercial software development experience.
• Local Cypriot developer or Greek‑speaking specialist with strong English communication skills.
• Collaborative team player who takes ownership of tasks and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.
