Financial Reconciliation Analyst

About the role

Freedom24 is seeking a Financial Reconciliation Analyst to join its on‑site team in Limassol. You will work in a fast‑paced brokerage environment, supporting trade and cash reconciliations while developing analytical reports.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile trades and securities with counterparties and generate analytical reports.
• Load brokerage reports, upload data to databases, and reconcile cash movements.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and maintain a daily work checklist.

Required profile

• Upper‑intermediate Russian and English language skills.
• Degree in Finance or Economics with 2‑3+ years of brokerage or banking experience.
• Fast learner, detail‑oriented and able to handle large data volumes.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (Power Query preferred).
• Basic SQL query knowledge.
• Python knowledge (preferred but not mandatory).
