About the role
Ertle Ltd, a Nicosian real‑estate developer with international holdings, is looking for a Finance & Corporate Affairs Manager to own finance, legal and administrative functions and grow with the company.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison with banks, lawyers, auditors and authorities in Cyprus and abroad.
- Act as one of two joint authorised signatories for bank accounts.
- Manage corporate administration for the Cyprus entity and its international holdings.
- Ensure group compliance through timely filings, resolutions, registers and other statutory requirements.
- Oversee bookkeeping, cash‑flow monitoring and the annual audit process.
Required profile
- Degree in finance, accounting, economics or law.
- 2–5 years of experience in audit, corporate services, a law firm or an international group.
- Fluent in English and Greek; Russian is a strong advantage.
- Organised, discreet and confident when dealing with banks and officials.
Required skills
- ACCA/ACA qualification (completed or in progress).
- Bookkeeping and cash‑flow management.
