Senior Auditor – Assurance Services

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Auditor to join its Assurance Services team in Nicosia. You will contribute technically to audit engagements, supervise junior staff, and help shape audit strategy while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fieldwork, manage performance, and keep engagement leaders updated on audit progress.
• Execute complex assurance procedures, document higher‑risk areas, and provide authoritative advice to clients.
• Engage with clients to understand their ambitions, refer them to other EY teams, and influence resolutions that impact industries.
• Develop junior colleagues by sharing market trends and technical knowledge.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of audit experience in an accountancy firm.
• ACA/ACCA/CA certification.
• Excellent verbal and written command of Greek and English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and collaborative skills.
• Proven project‑management ability and a desire to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Working knowledge of IFRS.
