Field Marketing EMEA & LATAM Manager

About the role

The Global Field Marketing team integrates demand generation, customer, partner, digital, and content marketing into a unified growth engine. The EMEA & LATAM Manager, Field Marketing joins this team to drive pipeline growth, strengthen customer and partner engagement, and work closely with regional sales leadership and global marketing teams. This position is remote and Europe‑based.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional sales leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to define go‑to‑market priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Design and execute integrated multi‑channel programs such as executive events, webinars, ABM campaigns, digital ads, and pipeline acceleration initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between regional execution and global marketing strategy, maintaining consistent messaging and positioning.
• Own regional performance measurement, reporting pipeline contribution, ROI, funnel health, and enforce marketing‑to‑revenue attribution.
• Lead adoption of AI‑driven marketing tools and workflows to improve productivity, personalization, and campaign effectiveness.
• Manage regional budgets, optimize investments, and lead large‑scale customer and partner events end‑to‑end.

Required profile

• 10+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, including field marketing in global organizations.
• Proven ability to operate strategically and execute hands‑on, with a track record of owning pipeline and revenue targets.
• Experience in cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or enterprise technology is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and ability to translate data into executive‑level insights.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
