SEO Manager – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

DesignRush.com is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead and optimise its organic search strategy. The ideal candidate brings over seven years of SEO expertise, strong leadership, and a results‑driven mindset to boost visibility, traffic and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute professional SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
• Document, enforce and continuously improve best‑practice processes and checklists.
• Set up, track and optimise SEO campaigns across content, link‑building and technical domains.
• Translate SEO requirements into clear briefs for content and development teams.
• Oversee execution of link, content and technical SEO initiatives.
• Train and mentor SEO team members to ensure alignment with best practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of SEO experience managing large, complex websites.
• Deep knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
• Proven project‑management and team‑leadership experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Result‑oriented attitude with a growth mindset.
• Availability to work between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. ET.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, agents and workflows.
