Head of Marketing – Forex

About the role

This remote senior position leads the global marketing function for an established, regulated online trading broker. The Head of Marketing will shape client acquisition, brand growth and retention across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue targets.
• Lead client acquisition through performance marketing, SEO, paid media, affiliates/IBs, social and content.
• Own the marketing budget, allocating spend across channels and regions based on ROI.
• Build and manage a high‑performing in‑house and agency marketing team.
• Drive brand positioning and awareness in key markets.
• Oversee CRM, lifecycle and retention campaigns to improve FTDs, activation and client lifetime value.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements (CySEC, FCA, ESMA, etc.).
• Track and report KPIs such as CPA, FTD volume, conversion rates, LTV and ROI.

Required profile

• Significant marketing experience within the forex/CFD brokerage industry.
• At least 3 years in a senior marketing leadership role with a proven track record of scaling client acquisition at a regulated broker.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing, affiliate/IB programmes and digital acquisition.
• Solid understanding of financial‑services marketing regulations (CySEC, FCA, ESMA or similar).
• Experience managing multi‑region campaigns and budgets.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
