Faculty Position in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour

About the role

The University of Limassol invites an experienced scholar to join its Department of Management as a full‑time faculty member in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. The appointment is at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor and will commence in September 2026 or earlier.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in HRM and Organisational Behaviour.
• Develop and update curricula and learning materials.
• Supervise master’s and doctoral research projects.
• Maintain an active research agenda, publish in high‑impact journals, and secure competitive research funding.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the newly established department and the wider university.

Required profile

• PhD in Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour or a closely related field from an accredited university.
• Strong record of peer‑reviewed publications in international journals.
• Demonstrated ability to obtain research funding and lead research projects.
• Proven excellence in teaching and experience in course and curriculum design.
• Excellent English communication skills; fluency in Greek is a major advantage.
• Academic leadership experience is considered a plus.
