Employer Branding Specialist

About the role

As an Employer Branding Specialist at XM, you will be the voice that brings our people’s stories to life. You’ll craft compelling content, campaigns, and initiatives that showcase our Big. Fair. Human. values and illustrate what it truly means to work at XM for both current employees and future talent worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Support the global rollout of XM’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and ensure consistent experience across employee and candidate journeys.
• Design and scale an Employee Advocacy program, empowering staff to become authentic storytellers and brand ambassadors.
• Create engaging content that highlights personal and professional journeys, growth, and the unique “Life at XM” experience.
• Lead employer branding initiatives for global career fairs and university events, from booth concepts to branded materials.
• Manage XM’s digital presence on employer branding platforms and the Careers site, optimizing the candidate experience.
• Execute targeted online campaigns using paid social and digital advertising to attract high‑quality talent.
• Analyze engagement metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement and measurable ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field (master’s degree a plus).
• 4+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent attraction, or a similar role, preferably in a large multinational organization.
• Proven track record developing global employer branding strategies aligned with best practices.

Required skills

• Experience with employer branding tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
• Strong project management abilities, capable of delivering large‑scale branding initiatives.
