Digital Growth & Outreach Specialist

About the role

Zazoo is launching a digital banking platform for underserved businesses and individuals. As a Digital Growth & Outreach Specialist you will build acquisition channels and attract the first users from scratch, working entirely online while collaborating with a field‑based colleague for face‑to‑face conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Telegram, X, Discord and industry forums, including list building, sequence writing and iterative testing.
• Purchase media on networks that accept restricted verticals (adult, iGaming, crypto), as well as industry publications and sponsorships.
• Develop and manage affiliate and referral programmes.
• Own SEO and content creation for industry and customer‑profile pages.
• Establish a presence in the communities where target customers gather.
• Qualify leads and hand over those requiring in‑person follow‑up.
• Report on cost per lead, cost per opened account and channel performance by sector.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking or outbound sales, preferably in adult, iGaming, crypto, forex or affiliate marketing.
• Proven track record running campaigns in restricted verticals and familiarity with relevant ad and affiliate networks.
• Hands‑on experience with outreach tools, list building, email deliverability and CRM systems.
• Ability to analyse channel costs versus returns and produce clear reports.
• Strong copywriting skills for outreach messages and landing pages.
• Fluent English and willingness to be publicly associated with Zazoo and its target sectors.
