DevOps Engineer – Automation & Release Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer to join our IT‑DevOps team in Limassol. The role focuses on automating provisioning, managing configuration, and ensuring stable, reliable production releases for an established company.

Key responsibilities

• Automate provisioning, configuration, installation and monitoring across all environments.
• Maintain consistent software versions and configuration standards.
• Configure new servers and implement automation for configuration changes.
• Manage change and release processes, facilitate CAB meetings and identify risks.
• Improve release cycle times, handle deployments and rollbacks during approved windows.
• Participate in weekend on‑call rotation and troubleshoot environment issues.
• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure and Network Security teams to ensure production reliability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a DevOps or SRE role.
• Hands‑on experience with both Windows and Linux servers.
• Comfortable working in terminal/command‑line environments.
• Experience configuring custom Windows services and IIS websites.
• Proven experience with AWS and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
• Willingness to participate in weekend on‑call rotation.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
