CySEC Compliance and AML Officer

About the role

We are looking for a CySEC Compliance and AML Officer to lead the compliance and anti‑money‑laundering functions of our CySEC‑regulated company in Limassol. The role offers full responsibility for developing, implementing and maintaining compliance programmes that meet CySEC and EU requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain a comprehensive compliance programme covering CySEC regulations, AML obligations and European industry standards.
• Provide accurate regulatory information to internal stakeholders and external bodies, including regulators and auditors.
• Advise and train other departments on compliance matters and ensure consistent application of policies.
• Manage communications with regulators and supervisory authorities.
• Monitor legislative changes, assess impact and develop implementation plans.
• Identify compliance risks across business practices, third‑party agreements, products and services and propose mitigation actions.
• Prepare and submit periodic compliance and AML reports to senior management and regulatory agencies.
• Lead annual compliance risk assessments and ongoing monitoring programmes.
