Customer Support Representative

About the role

eBOS Technologies is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join its fast‑growing team in Nicosia. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them via phone, email, chat or ticketing system and ensuring a smooth experience with the company’s software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries promptly through multiple channels.
• Guide users through product features, identify needs and promote new functionalities.
• Conduct quality assurance on product releases and use the company platform to enhance products.
• Provide training, travel for meetings and presentations, and gather feedback for product, sales and marketing teams.
• Assist in training other support personnel.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Customer Support or similar role.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and Greek.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and patience with tough cases.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with the eBOS team.

Required skills

• Experience using help desk software.
• Proficiency with remote support tools.
• Familiarity with FinTech/RegTech environments (plus).
• Knowledge of corporate administration, KYC and compliance processes (plus).
