About the role
We are looking for multilingual Conversion & Retention Agents to join our fast‑paced international team in Sofia. The role focuses on turning prospects into customers and keeping existing clients engaged across French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian markets.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with leads to convert them into sales.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure retention.
- Achieve performance targets in a high‑traffic environment.
