Client Services Officer (English & Russian)

About the role

Tickmill, a multi-regulated broker founded in 2014 offering CFDs on Forex, stocks, indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies and bonds as well as futures and options, is hiring an English and Russian speaking Client Services Officer in Limassol. The officer handles client enquiries and acts as the main link between clients and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat, email and phone in English.
• Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Assist clients with verification and KYC procedures and explain account management, execution queries and platform functionality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues such as login problems and platform navigation, and guide clients in using available tools.
• Engage clients proactively to reduce churn, reactivate dormant accounts and contribute to retention through follow-up and tailored solutions.
• Take part in Expos.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in customer support or sales within a regulated financial services company.
• Fluent English and Russian, written and spoken.
• College or university degree.
• Flexibility to work on public holidays and availability for the morning shift (09:00-18:00).

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail, organization and communication skills.
• Professionalism, self-motivation, team spirit and a positive attitude.
• An additional language and deep understanding of financial products and ETDs such as futures and options are an advantage.
