Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative (Gaming)

About the role

Kats Recruitment is recruiting a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative for an international gaming project based in Larnaca, Cyprus. The role sits in a fast-paced customer support team that assists players with account inquiries, platform navigation and technical troubleshooting, helping deliver an excellent player experience across the Dutch market.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support via live chat, email and digital messaging channels.
• Assist players with account access, billing and platform navigation questions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve player concerns professionally.
• Document interactions and case resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Escalate complex technical or gameplay issues to specialised internal teams when needed.
• Follow company procedures, service quality standards and data security policies.

Required profile

• Native-level fluency in Dutch, written and spoken.
• Good command of English.
• Previous customer support, tech support or contact centre experience is an advantage; passion for gaming or digital entertainment is a plus.
• Strong communication, active listening and problem-solving skills, with good computer literacy and attention to detail.
