Danish-Speaking Customer Service Representative (Gaming)

About the role

Kats Recruitment is hiring a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative for an international gaming project based in Larnaca, Cyprus. The role sits in a fast-paced customer support team that helps players with account inquiries, platform navigation and technical issues, supporting users across the Danish market.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer support via live chat, email and digital messaging channels
• Help players with account access, billing and platform navigation questions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve player concerns professionally
• Document interactions and case resolutions accurately in internal systems
• Escalate complex technical or gameplay issues to specialised internal teams when needed
• Follow company procedures, service quality standards and data security policies

Required profile

• Native-level fluency in Danish, written and spoken
• Good command of English
• Previous customer support, tech support or contact centre experience is an advantage
• Passion for gaming, digital entertainment or tech-driven platforms is a plus
• Strong communication, active listening and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Good computer literacy, able to manage several tools and chat windows at once
• Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
