Business Development Manager – Gambling Industry

About the role

MMDSmart is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth within the gambling sector. You will leverage your industry network to expand our client base and create strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the gambling industry.
• Generate leads and establish partnerships using your existing network.
• Negotiate and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Represent MMDSmart at conferences and industry events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure long‑term client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or a similar commercial role.
• Strong network and established contacts within the gambling/iGaming market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Fluent English; additional languages (Russian, Hebrew, etc.) are a plus.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of the gambling/iGaming market.
