Business Development Manager – Microsoft Ads (Russian speaking)

About the role

Join Aleph’s fast‑growing team as a Business Development Manager focused on expanding Microsoft Advertising across Central and Eastern Europe, especially with Russian‑speaking clients. You will work on‑site in Limassol, collaborating with Client Solutions and Performance teams to drive advertiser success.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and sign advertisers, brands, performance agencies and media agencies in CEE, starting with Cyprus‑based companies.
• Understand clients’ marketing goals and recommend Microsoft Advertising solutions that deliver measurable results.
• Advise on campaign planning, digital media strategy and performance, and collect product feedback.
• Negotiate agency deals, guide clients through contracts and account setup, and keep CRM data up to date.
• Research the market, monitor competitors and represent Aleph at industry events.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in digital advertising, ad tech or an agency.
• Strong grasp of digital performance metrics; search advertising experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Cyprus business community or CEE markets.
• Excellent Russian and English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Limassol (relocation welcomed).

Required skills

• Practical use of AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude for research and proposal preparation.
